Kennewick Man
Facial Reconstruction

We were pleased to be the exclusive representative for the Kennewick Man Facial Reconstruction by Dr. James Chatters and Tom McClelland. This Limited Edition in Cast Bronze is a unique piece of our region's history as well as our history as a civilization.

The bones of Kennewick Man, found on the Columbia River just a few miles away from the gallery, were found to be 9,300 years old. The saga of Kennewick Man has been written in court documents, books (including Ancient Encounters by James Chatters), and now even history textbooks.

To order one of these sculptures, contact Tom McClelland, in Benton City, Washington.

The first two of this limited edtion series have been sold. The first was installed at the Mid-Columbia Library in Kennewick, and was donated to the Library by the Friends of the Library. See the "Public Art Placements" link above for photos. The second was purchased by Dr. Katie Storey for her private collection.
